On Saturday, March 28, I will be taking part in this lovely event: “Fifth edition of the Healthy Day by Spar Natural”. I’ll be there offering a yoga session to start the day. We’ll continue with a delicious and healthy brunch, which could be no other way with Llévame al Huerto in charge. And we’ll finish the day with an enriching talk by Carmen Artiles, educational psychologist and networker, author of the book “Eres perfecta”. It’s a pleasure to be part of events that are born from the heart. See you on Saturday, March 28 at a beautiful place, Maipez Hotel Rural.
