Guided Visit to the Pino Ojeda Room

The Department of Equality Policies of the Arucas City Council, through the Arte en Femenino (Art in the Feminine) programme, is organising on October 13 at 7:00 p.m. a visit to the room dedicated to Pino Ojeda at the Municipal Museum of Arucas, with the aim of bringing the life and work of one of the leading figures on the artistic and cultural scene of the Canary Islands closer to the public. The activity will feature the presence of Domingo Doreste González, grandson of Pino Ojeda, who will accompany the participants during the visit and will allow them to learn in a more intimate way about aspects related to the artist’s life and career. This initiative is part of the programme schedule of Arte en Femenino, which seeks to make visible and highlight the contributions of women to the artistic and cultural sphere, fostering knowledge of their careers and helping to recover and promote female role models in culture.
