Inner Bloom · Conscious Movement for Women in Las Palmas

Come as you are and move as you feel. Inner Bloom is an in‑person guided conscious movement session that starts from how you arrive that day. For 55 minutes we will combine music, movement, physical work and guided improvisation within a clear and adaptable structure. You don’t need to know how to dance or learn a choreography. You will receive guidelines to explore movement in your own way and options to adapt the intensity according to how you feel. It may be for you if you want to start moving again but don’t connect with rigid approaches; if you feel like experiencing bodywork without having to copy a choreography; or if you are simply looking for a different way to enjoy movement and music.
