🌞 La Aldea is committed to work–life balance through the Corresponsables Plan This is an integrated proposal driven by the Department of Social and Senior Policy, headed by Jennifer Sosa Martín, which will offer leisure, support and learning alternatives from August to December thanks to the municipality’s commitment to the well-being of our families and the holistic development of the youngest. The Plan starts today with the Summer Campus, which, until next September 7, will include workshops in music, dance, emotional expression, sport, swimming pool and excursions to Aqualand, Lago Taurito and Playa de Amadores. During the school year, afternoon activities and those held in educational centers in the municipality will reinforce schoolwork with a homework club and sports and artistic activities, promoting values of equality, diversity and coeducation. On non-school days from October to December, the Plan includes monthly outings to Holiday World, an equestrian center in Arucas and the cinema at Las Arenas, closing the program with the Christmas Campus, full of recreational workshops, swimming pool and excursions. A wide range of experiences designed for the enjoyment of our boys and girls and conceived to promote the reconciliation of family and work life for the municipality’s families.
