🌰 Seniors and young people will share the tradition of Los Finaos on October 30 in Arguineguín The Mogán Town Council, through the Seniors Department, is organizing a new edition of Los Finaos within the project Compartiendo Vida, with the aim of keeping this Canarian tradition alive and promoting encounters between generations. 📅 Friday, October 30 🕥 From 10:30 a.m. onwards 📍 Centro Polivalente de Arguineguín The day will feature the participation of the seniors’ Oral Tradition group, students from IES Arguineguín-Lidia Pulido and from the Mogán Artistic Schools. ➡There will be stories, poems, ballads and traditional tales, as well as roasted chestnuts and a string music dance. 🗣The Councillor for Seniors, Yaiza Llovell, highlights the importance of sharing this celebration with young people and reminds us that “death is part of life”, and therefore she considers it important to learn to see it “in a more pleasant way”. 🙌 The activity is open to all citizens, as an opportunity to share memories, pass on our traditions and keep Canarian cultural heritage alive. 🔗www.mogan.es
