Bangkok Pop-Up, Komité is back in Palermo!!! On June 26 we will transform Palermo into a little corner of Bangkok. Thai street food, dishes inspired by our travels and the vibrant atmosphere of the night markets of the Thai capital. Also, at 7:00 p.m., we will hold an open Thai curry masterclass, where Luis Ortiz, Komité’s chef, will explain how to make an authentic curry paste from scratch. Then, at 8:00 p.m., Komité’s street stall will open its doors with a selection of dishes inspired by our travels through Bangkok. All amplified with a selection of Thai psychedelic music from the 60s and 70s. Free entry!!!
