🐟 The 'Vará del Pescao' and the Sardina Viva Festival return next September 12 and 13 on Avenida Antonio Rosas in Sardina. An event organized by the Department of Culture and Festivities of the Gáldar Town Council, headed by Julio Mateo Castillo, with the collaboration of the San Pedro González Telmo Neighbourhood Association, aimed at all audiences and set to fill the weekend with music, children’s activities and seafaring tradition. 🎶 The programme kicks off on Saturday, September 12 at 12:00 p.m. with La Vará del Pescao and a street parade led by the Banda de Agaete, which will give way to a day of live music with artists and bands. From 2:30 p.m., attendees will be able to enjoy sets by DJ Yeray, as well as performances by Playa Coco, Cielo Zurith, Get Garbey and Sombras del Caribe, until 12:00 a.m. 🫧 Sunday, September 13 will be especially dedicated to families and children, with a range of water-based leisure activities that includes bouncy castles, workshops and a lively Foam Party from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Music will continue to take centre stage with new performances by DJ Yeray, and afternoon concerts by Son del Caney and Golpe Bajo.
