🎥🎞️ As every October, we welcome IBÉRTIGO. This Thursday the 15th sees the start of the 24th Ibero-American Film Showcase of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the most important annual event in the Canary Islands featuring one of the most exciting and award-winning cinemas of the moment. 🇺🇾 The Opening of the Showcase, organized by Vertigo Cine, will be headlined by Uruguayan director Federico Veiroj, who will present four of his most renowned works and will talk with the audience attending the screenings. 🌎 Until Friday the 23rd we will enjoy a total of 17 films (9 feature films and 8 short films) from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay, and the presence of more filmmakers, such as the young Gran Canarian Isaías Ramos Vera and the Barcelona-based photographer and documentary filmmaker Berta Vicente Salas.
