Blood donation in Agaete

The Canary Institute of Blood Donation and Hemotherapy (ICHH), which depends on the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands, will set up a temporary blood donation point in Agaete on August 26 and 27 to make it easier for residents and visitors to this municipality in Gran Canaria to donate blood. The blood donation unit will be operating in Parque Popular, with access from Juan de Armas Street, on August 26 and 27. The donor service hours will be from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:30. The ICHH reminds the public of the need to donate blood every three or four months, with a maximum of three donations per year for women and four for men.
