Details
III SUMMER CHORAL MEETING July 12 at 12:00 p.m. Teatro Municipal Juan Ramón Jiménez - Telde Tickets available at the box office and at tureservaonline.es: https://www.tureservaonline.es/es/events/iii-encuentro-coral-de-verano For the third consecutive year, Cantares Estudio Coral, a women’s chamber choir from Telde, is organizing its Summer Choral Meeting. This year it will be titled: “Women’s Names, Rhythms of the World”. Under this theme, we offer a musical journey that highlights cultural diversity and the presence of women in music, whether through given names, inspiring figures, or repertoires linked to different traditions around the world. Our goal is to create a space for fellowship, exchange, and shared enjoyment between choirs and orchestra, where music serves as a bridge between cultures and sensibilities. Each participating ensemble will have its own performance time, and we will also perform two shared pieces accompanied by an orchestra. The event will have a charitable purpose. All proceeds will go entirely to the Asociación Canaria de Integración de Salud Mental “Espiral” (Canarian Association for the Integration of Mental Health), which works to combat stigmatization and promote inclusion and empowerment of people with psychosocial difficulties. It also contributes to the paradigm shift in mental health care. There will be a “Fila 0” (donation row) through which you can make a donation to the following bank account number: ES37 2100 5954 2002 0019 2859
