Folk culture continues to take center stage at the 544th Fiestas Mayores de Santiago. On July 16, at 8:30 p.m., Plaza de Santiago will host the 21st Santiago Festival, an event that is part of the traditional folklore week, where music, dance, and popular customs once again bring together cultures and territories. On stage will perform the folk group Surco y Arado, the host of the festival, together with the folk group El Limonar, coming from Murcia, in a gathering that will allow attendees to enjoy the richness and diversity of the folklore of both communities. An invitation to enjoy our roots and a night in which tradition, music, and cultural exchange will be the main attractions.
