📌 Meeting for analysis and contributions for the renewal of the rules of the selection event for the Pair of Romeros of the Patron Saint Festivities San Mateo 2026 The Department of Culture of the Town Council of La Vega de San Mateo, headed by Deputy Mayor José Déniz, invites groups, businesses, and individuals who usually take part in the presentation of romeros and romeras to attend this participatory meeting. During the meeting, the current rules will be analyzed and proposals for improvement will be collected with a view to a possible update. The meeting will also feature the participation of Pepita Bravo de Laguna, a leading figure in traditional Canarian clothing, who will contribute her experience and knowledge.
