The Gran Canaria Chamber of Commerce is once again collaborating with the 6th Gran Canaria International Big Game Fishing Tournament and with Turismo de Gran Canaria in one of the leading nautical events in the Canary Islands and at the national level, which helps to promote sports tourism, the blue economy, and the island’s international projection. From 27 to 29 August 2026, the Pasito Blanco Marina will once again become the meeting point for amateur and professional sport fishers from different places, in a well-established competition known for its commitment to responsible fishing and the catch-and-release philosophy, values that have made it a benchmark in the sporting calendar.
