TRAINING FOR THE LIVESTOCK SECTOR The Cabildo of Gran Canaria, within the Training Plan for the Primary Sector and Food Sovereignty, is organizing the in-person course: G-1/26 · “Health control of livestock farms” From September 14 to 18, 2026 Schedule: from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Place: Experimental Agricultural Farm of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, Arucas Planned capacity: 20 people Registration deadline: September 7, 2026 The training is aimed especially at owners of livestock farms, as well as family members or direct employees linked to them, and will allow participants to delve into key topics such as disease prevention, biosecurity, animal welfare, responsible use of veterinary medicines, and compliance with health regulations.
