"Arucas Verano Joven 2026" will offer leisure, training and free-time activities *Registration is now open for activities that include a horse-riding route, coasteering or kayak excursions, among other options Arucas, 29 May 2026. - The Youth Department of the Arucas City Council presents a new edition of "Arucas Verano Joven 2026", a programme aimed at the young population of the municipality. It offers a wide range of leisure, training, creativity and free-time activities. This initiative is supported by the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, through the Department of Education and Youth, with the aim of offering healthy, participatory and dynamic alternatives for young people to enjoy during the summer period. The programme includes workshops, outdoor activities and proposals focused on coexistence, creativity and personal development, while also promoting participation and the positive use of free time. Those interested can consult the full programme and sign up for activities through the website www.juventud.arucas.org. The organisers remind participants that, in order to complete registration, it is necessary to sign up on the platform beforehand. The Youth Department encourages the young people of the municipality to take part in this new edition of "Arucas Verano Joven" and to keep an eye on the municipal social networks to find out about all the news and activities scheduled throughout the summer.
