👴 The Tagoror Ajei Educational and Social Association is launching a new initiative aimed at older people from the northern and northwestern areas of the island, with the goal of promoting active ageing, emotional well-being, and the maintenance of cognitive abilities. 🧠 The workshop “Train your memory and concentration” will offer a space for meeting, participation, and learning, where participants will be able to keep their minds active through dynamic, adapted cognitive stimulation activities. 🔎 During the sessions, different abilities will be worked on, including memory, attention, concentration, reasoning, problem solving, reading, and comprehension, as well as encouraging communication, participation, and social relationships. 🗓 The programme will take place on September 15, 22, and 29, at 10:00 a.m., at the Amagro de Barrial Neighbourhood Association, and is held in collaboration with the Gáldar City Council through the Department for Older Adults. 👉 More information at galdar.es
