👟 The Department of Physical Activity, Sport and Health of the Gáldar City Council, headed by Ancor Bolaños, announces that this Monday, October 5, the ‘Actívate’ maintenance gymnastics program will resume, after the break taken during the summer months. 🧘‍♀️ The program aims to help improve the quality of life of residents through physical exercise, offering maintenance gymnastics sessions in different neighborhoods of the municipality. The activity is completely free of charge and is open to anyone who wishes to take part. 🗓 The schedules and locations of the sessions are as follows: Saucillo (AV Cruz del Poleo): Mondays and Wednesdays, at 5:00 p.m. Piso Firme (AV El Juncal): Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6:15 p.m. Barrial (AV Amagro): Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 8:45 a.m. San Isidro (AV El Labrador): Mondays and Wednesdays, at 6:30 p.m. La Montaña Sports Hall: Mondays and Wednesdays, at 8:45 a.m. Anzo (AV El Drago): Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 5:00 p.m. 👉 More information at galdar.es
