Seeds of Equality: Home Gardening Workshop
Details
The Agaete Town Council invites the public to take part in the workshop "Seeds of Equality: Home Gardening", which will take place on November 5th in the Parque Popular, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The aim of this activity is to use gardening as both a metaphor and a practical tool to promote real equality between men and women. Through the shared care of plants in the home and the creation of small gardens, it will encourage joint responsibility and reflection on gender equity. This workshop is part of the project "Agaete, Sowing Equality", within the framework of the Grant from the Cabildo of Gran Canaria for the development of the Strategic Framework for Equality "Gran Canaria Infinita". Those interested in taking part can complete their prior registration by calling 928 89 80 02 (Ext. 301) or by sending an email to programamujeragaete@agaete.es, up to November 4th. Places will be allocated in order of registration.
