We said that The Thread of Play was intergenerational, and this ball of yarn that started rolling less than a month ago has a bend in this activity that arose from neighborhood activation during the actions carried out. Within the Social Fabric program by Ocho Pies, we have seen up close how the Thread, its functions, its shapes, and the way it is worked not only creates, but also connects. And like a child of The Thread of Play, Fridays of Crochet is born, led by the neighborhood association El Mirador de Altavista y Escaleritas. The Thread of Play is a project In Rebellion of the candidacy for European Capital of Culture of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 2031. Every Friday from October 23 onwards.
