The Santa Brígida Craft Fair returns this Saturday to Calle Nueva with a wide and varied selection of creations. Residents and visitors will be able to discover a wide variety of handmade creations, from cold porcelain modeling, jewelry and costume jewelry to artificial flowers, notebooks, candle making, and delicate pieces of patchwork and macramé. The offer also includes accessories made of resin, crochet dolls, backpacks, handbags, decorative elves, floral arrangements, cutlery, and objects made of paper, fabric, silk, and glass. It is completed with handmade candles, leather goods, and pieces made from materials such as wood, clay, and horn. A total of fifteen stalls will take part on August 1 in this event, which, on the first Saturday of every month, turns the area into a showcase for artisan talent and traditional crafts. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., residents and visitors can walk through the fair and discover pieces made by hand with special attention to detail, reflecting the creativity and expertise of their creators. Organized by the Santa Brígida Town Council, through the Department of Commerce, Rural Development, and Municipal Markets, headed by Carmen Juez, the initiative reaffirms its commitment to local commerce and to craftsmanship as a driver of economic and cultural revitalization, in a space where tradition and innovation coexist naturally.
