Ever felt incredibly alive after a spontaneous act of kindness, thinking: "I really should do this more often"? If you want to practice your social bravery, this event is for you! Grow your self-confidence by acting despite social anxiety. Learn to stay grounded, embodied, and present while stepping slightly out of your comfort zone. Setup : Introduction, 3 "light" challenges, and sharing experiences together. What does "Light" mean? It means a very low risk of rejection. This meetup is explicitly designed to be safe and suitable for introverts and anyone who usually avoids social risks.
