Promoting grassroots sports and cooperation between organizations in La Aldea The Sports Department of the La Aldea de San Nicolás Town Council and the Guguy Cultural, Recreational and Sports Association are launching new padel classes aimed at young people between 10 and 30 years of age, an initiative that seeks to encourage sports practice, healthy lifestyle habits, and the learning of this sport among participants of all levels. 📅 21, 23, 28 and 30 July 🕓 From 16:00 to 19:00 👥 Aimed at young people from 10 to 30 years of age 📩 Registration: acldguguy@gmail.com ⚠️ Limited places The Councillor for Sports, Miguel Ulises Afonso, emphasized that “this type of activity makes it possible to continue expanding the range of sports on offer for the municipality’s young people, creating spaces for social interaction, learning, and healthy leisure through sport.” For its part, the Guguy Cultural, Recreational and Sports Association highlights that “collaboration between associations and public administrations is essential to carry out projects that create opportunities for young people and help to energize the social and sporting life of the municipality.” This proposal once again highlights the importance of joint work between organizations and public administrations in order to continue creating initiatives that benefit the public and promote the active participation of the young people of La Aldea.
