Workshops Vive UNESCO Gran Canaria in Agaete You are invited to enjoy a morning dedicated to learning about medicinal plants and the traditional knowledge of the Canary Islands through two workshops led by renowned specialists. Medicinal Plants Workshop. Use in traditional Canarian cuisine Led by naturopath Dr. Jorge Cruz, where we will learn about the properties, applications, and traditional uses of different plants from our surroundings. Incense Workshop Led by Vicente Díaz “El Herbero Chico”, discovering aromatic plants, their cultural meaning, and the making of traditional incense.
