A session led by Minia Díaz to reconnect with your own voice through breathing, the body, and sound. The activity offers a safe and trusting space to release tension, lose the fear of making sound, and gain expressive presence. Target audience: People aged 16 and over. Venue: Josefina de la Torre Public Library.
