The Neurolimpiadas in Agaete are an innovative event designed to promote overall well-being by combining physical exercise and mental agility. The program is structured around four fundamental pillars: adapted gymnastics to protect the joints, cognitive challenges to enhance memory, neurogym that merges both disciplines, and group competition to encourage social interaction. The initiative, organized by the Town Council of the Villa de Agaete and the Municipal Society ACUDE - Agaete Cultura y Deporte, seeks to improve the motor and psychological health of participants in a fun, engaging environment. This community event focused on brain and physical health is scheduled for Friday, July 10 at 9:00 a.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Municipal Society ACUDE - Agaete Cultura y Deporte.
