Kawara Brazilian Project: Music, Flavours and Culture
Details
KAWARA BRAZILIAN PROJECT arrives at CANES, bringing another different afternoon session as they share the culture of this wonderful country with us. Two Brazilian roots, a sonic identity built in the Canary Islands. It is an acoustic musical proposal led by Hannah Bertoni and Bernardo Martins, both of Brazilian origin and raised in the Canary territory. From this encounter between roots and place, KAWARA builds a musical bridge between Brazil and the rest of the world, celebrating the richness of Brazilian music through voice and guitar. Their repertoire travels through rhythms, melodies and sounds that evoke the cultural diversity of Brazil, combining sensitivity, interpretative strength and an intimate connection with the audience, embracing their own compositions and MPB classics that have marked their stories. More than a concert, KAWARA is a space for meeting, integration and cultural communication. An experience that recognises music as a universal language capable of uniting identities, connecting territories and creating community. GENERAL ADMISSION: €10 ADMISSION + DINNER: €20 (Includes: admission, dinner and a Caipirinha or a beer)
