La Verdulería: labor legal advice talk
Details
lA vErduLeeRiiaA is back 🥬🌱 A space **exclusively for FLINTA** to speak freely, support each other, share useful information and learn tools that help us feel safer. Because many times we go through similar situations, but we experience them in solitude 🤍 On this occasion we will take care of ourselves from two different perspectives: 🌀 **11:00 a.m. · Gathering “YO NO SOY”** A session guided by Ana María to return to ourselves through sound therapy, meditation and emotional release. We will begin by creating a collective altar and then continue with a journey of sounds, frequencies and movement to connect with the body, release emotions and let the mind rest. Bring a mat, cushion, blanket, comfortable clothing and an object that gives you a sense of security or that you are especially fond of to incorporate it into the altar. ⏳ Approximate duration: 2 hours 👥 Maximum capacity: 10 people 🔗 **Advance registration through our website** 🥬 Afterwards we will share a **community brunch**, a moment to eat, get to know each other and talk without rushing. ⚖️ **5:00 p.m. · Practical guide to labour rights** A legal advice session with **Patricia Gómez**, a lawyer specialised in Labour Law and Social Security with almost ten years of experience. We will learn in a practical way how to act in situations such as dismissal or disciplinary action, how to claim our rights, activate a harassment protocol or report a medical leave. The session will have a first theoretical part and a participatory space to ask questions, share situations and resolve doubts. ⏳ Approximate duration: between 1.5 and 2 hours ✨ **No advance registration and no limit on places** A day to take care of ourselves, share and continue building community 🌸 **Activity exclusively for FLINTA**
