The Agaete Town Council is launching the workshop program "Take Care of Your Well-being", a proposal aimed at local residents to promote emotional, personal and social well-being, offering a space for learning, reflection and connection. The initiative includes a total of six fortnightly sessions, to be held in the Assembly Hall of the Parque Popular de Agaete, on Tuesdays, from 10:30 to 12:00, and will be led by the municipal psychologist. These workshops will address different aspects related to well-being and personal growth, providing practical tools that will allow participants to get to know themselves better, cope with stressful situations, strengthen their self-esteem and improve their personal and social relationships, as well as boost their motivation and life project. Session program The planned schedule is as follows: .- 22 September: Emotional management and self-knowledge. .- 6 October: Stress management and self-care. .- 20 October: Self-esteem and self-compassion. .- 3 November: Assertive communication, support networks and healthy relationships. .- 17 November: Healthy habits and mental health. .- 1 December: Life project, motivation and resilience. The Agaete Town Council encourages local residents to take part in this initiative, conceived as an opportunity to devote time to their own well-being, share experiences and acquire resources that can contribute to a healthier and more balanced life, making self-care and well-being an important part of everyday life. "Take Care of Your Well-being" ultimately seeks to create a close and accessible space in which to grow, share and learn to take care of ourselves together, placing emotional well-being at the center. The activity takes place within the framework of the Coordinated Plan for Basic Social Services Benefits, funded by the Agaete Town Council, the Government of the Canary Islands and the Government of Spain, through the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda.
