Veneguera will celebrate the Festivities in honor of the Virgin of Fátima from August 7 to 16 From August 7 to 16, Veneguera will enjoy ten days of celebration with a program for all ages organized by the Veneguera Festival Committee (CO.FI.VE), with the collaboration of the Mogán Town Council and the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, as well as the support of private companies. Dances, children’s and adults’ “escala en hifi” galas, Baile de Taifas (traditional folk dance), afternoon sessions with music, theater, bingo, water inflatables, a traditional dance workshop, the Bajada de La Rama, the Eucharist and procession in honor of the Virgin of Fátima, as well as a guided route through the Veneguera ravine, make up a program that combines tradition, culture, and togetherness.
