✨ IMPULSA · For a life with more meaning From the Department of Equality of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana Town Hall we present IM-PULSA, a training program to take care of your well-being, improve your relationships and participate actively in the community. A space to learn and share experiences around three areas: 🟠 Personal: self-knowledge, self-esteem and emotional well-being. 🟣 Relational: communication, boundaries and egalitarian relationships. 🟡 Social: participation, purpose and community contribution. 📅 Start: 20 October 2026. 🕔 Schedule: from 17:00 to 19:00 h. 📍 Equality Centre. 🗓️ The program will run from October 2026 to March 2027.
