🎉 FESTIVITIES IN HONOUR OF THE HOLY CHRIST OF ACUSA 2026 🎉 La Vega de Acusa once again celebrates its festivities in honour of the Holy Christ with tradition, music, culture and plenty of participation. 📅 SUNDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER ⛪ 6:00 p.m. Celebration of the Eucharist in the Acusa chapel. Afterwards, opening proclamation of the festivities by Mr. Marcelino Rivero Falcón, followed by the descent of the Holy Christ and the traditional kissing of the feet. 🎶 11:00 p.m. Open-air dance in the Acusa square with the soloist Yonay. 📅 MONDAY, 14 SEPTEMBER – FEAST OF THE EXALTATION OF THE HOLY CROSS ✝️ 12:00 p.m. Celebration of the Eucharist, enlivened by the musical group “Que viva el Cristo de Acusa”. Afterwards, procession with the image of the Holy Christ along the usual route, accompanied by the band “Aires de La Aldea”. 🎤 1:30 p.m. In Acusa square, performance by the verse improviser “Yeray Rodríguez y Decimanía de Puerto Rico”. 📅 SATURDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 🌾 6:00 p.m. Pilgrimage-offering in honour of the Holy Christ of Acusa, with different decorated carts making their offerings for those most in need. At the end, the traditional kissing of the feet and the ascent of the Holy Christ will take place. 🎶 11:00 p.m. Open-air dance in Acusa square with “Yony y Aya” and “Luz de Luna”. ❤️ Tradition, devotion and celebration to come together again in Acusa.
