The workshop is led by Fernando Ramos (Integrative Physiotherapy). An activity to learn how to take care of the body from childhood. Through simple exercises and adapted dynamics, participants will work on body awareness, mobility and good posture in everyday actions such as studying, playing or using a mobile phone. Bring your own mat. Target audience: Girls and boys from 8 years of age. Venue: Josefina de la Torre Public Library.
