🍎🌿 La Encarnación and La Manzana turn Valleseco into the epicentre of Canarian tradition 📰The newspaper Crónicas de Canarias is highlighting the Fiestas de La Encarnación y La Manzana, one of the most deeply rooted celebrations in Valleseco and declared a Festival of Regional Tourist Interest, which will officially begin on September 26 and will run until October 18. Almost a month of events to celebrate and champion our identity, heritage, culture, folklore, gastronomy and the value of the primary sector, with activities for all audiences. ✨ One of the standout moments of this edition will be the presentation of the 12th Manzana de Oro Awards, a recognition that honours individuals, groups and organisations for their commitment and contribution to society. This year, the award will recognise the extraordinary work of the Parents’ Association of the Occupational Centre “Juntos por Ell@s”, highlighting their dedication, commitment and work with people with disabilities. 🍎 During these festivities we will also be able to enjoy the 1st Regional Folklore Fair, the Day of Traditions and Customs, the 52nd Romería-Ofrenda to Our Lady of La Encarnación, Sabor y Tradición, cultural events, music, gastronomy and the 14th Valleseco International Zarzuela Contest.
