LOMO MAGULLO, A DATE WITH OUR TRADITION This Sunday, 9 August, Lomo Magullo once again celebrates one of the deepest-rooted and most unique traditions in Telde: the Traída del Agua, as part of the Fiestas de Las Nieves, Mayoress of the City of Telde. A celebration that is part of our collective memory, that brings generations together and keeps our culture, our history and our identity alive. 07:00 · The Banda de Agaete will wake up the neighbourhood with their music. 12:00 · The traditional Traída del Agua begins, followed every year by thousands of people. 14:00 · Street party with Yoni and Aya in the Plaza de Las Nieves. A special recognition to the residents of Lomo Magullo and to the El Naciente Association for their work, dedication and commitment to keeping this tradition alive and passing it on to new generations.
