Who hasn’t heard Sultans of Swing, Romeo and Juliet, Brothers in Arms, Tunnel of Love or Money for Nothing by Dire Straits at some point? The legendary repertoire arrives at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus brought by gREAT sTRAITS. * Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. “The Great Songs of dIRE sTRAITS” is the new musical show by Óscar Rosende and his new band gREAT sTRAITS, in which he pays tribute to the musical career of the iconic British band Dire Straits. gREAT sTRAITS offers us a true sonic journey, allowing us to once again enjoy live the magic of all the great hits composed by Mark Knopfler, with a stage production that is unique in Europe. Nine excellent musicians will be on stage, backed by Óscar Rosende, a guitarist from A Coruña who once even managed to fool the Scottish musician himself and his band. In the words of Guy Fletcher, keyboardist of dIRE sTRAITS: “He was playing Why Aye Man and I have to say that I thought it was one of our recordings.”
