Teror is getting ready for a great flavour festival! 1st Chorizo Fair “United by Flavour”, a gathering to pay tribute to one of the most emblematic products of Gran Canaria’s cuisine: the unmistakable Chorizo de Teror. The event will bring together producers from Teror, El Hierro and Lanzarote for a day full of tradition, identity and local products. And there will be a very special challenge… Create a 600-metre-long Chorizo de Teror sandwich to try to break a historic record! The programme will also include: Live music Chorizo fair and zero-kilometre products Gastronomic Route in local establishments, from 11 to 19 July Activities to enjoy with the family and celebrate our gastronomy Plaza de Sintes, Teror Saturday, 11 July From 10:30 a.m. Come and enjoy the great festival of Gran Canaria’s star product!
