ExpoDeca Regatta

👌🏻 The Royal Canarian Sailing Federation and the Varadero Maritime Club are organizing a regatta on the occasion of ExpoDeca, the sports fair promoted by the Government of the Canary Islands, which returns to Gran Canaria in its third edition. ▪️The ExpoDeca Regatta will be held on Saturday, 14 November and is reserved for boats in the Cruiser class. The course, about 20 miles long, will start from the bay of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, round La Isleta, continue to the vicinity of El Rincón (at the end of Las Canteras beach), and from there return to the starting point. 📌 Registrations will be made on the Royal Canarian Sailing Federation’s dedicated cruising regattas webpage. The prize-giving ceremony will take place at ExpoDeca at 19:00 on the same Saturday. The regatta can be followed from land for most of its course, in line with the aims of the fair, a true showcase for sport in the islands, organized by the Department of Education, Vocational Training, Physical Activity and Sport since 2024. ‼️ Sailing is showcased at ExpoDeca under way.
