The Mogán Town Council promotes an employability course aimed at professionals in the cleaning sector. The Mogán Town Council, through the Local Development Agency, is launching a Personal Cleaning Employability Course, a 40-hour training initiative aimed at improving participants' professional skills, employability, and workplace well-being. The training will take place on September 28 and 29 and October 1, 5, 6, 8, 13 and 15, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the Social Services Hall, C/ Damasco, 9, Arguineguín. The course aims to provide tools and knowledge that will enable participants to face job search processes with greater confidence and improve their professional performance. The planned contents include practical tools for stress management and self-care, organization and prioritization of tasks, access to job portals and digital resources, communication and teamwork, improvement of professional self-esteem, and skills to handle job interviews. The training will also address the promotion of continuous updating and professional development, helping participants acquire useful resources to function in a constantly evolving labor market.
