Digital Health and Family Well-being
Details
The workshops “THE ART OF LOVING AND TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF” continue this Thursday, June 4, with the activity: “natural and balanced nutrition”. This block of workshops will take place in the Assembly Hall of the Parque Popular de Agaete, every Thursday in June, in the morning from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (except for the workshop on June 25, “Digital Health and Family Wellbeing”, aimed at the whole family and held in the afternoon). This workshop aims to be a dynamic and practical space where you can learn to build relationships of respect and love towards yourself and towards others, and reflect on the way we take care of ourselves and others, on this occasion through something as important for physical and mental health as food.
