Agaete Commercial Fair
Details
This Sunday, 7 June, the Plaza de San Pedro in El Valle will host the Agaete Trade Fair, featuring local products and businesses from the municipality and the surrounding area. Organised by the Agaete Town Council, it will also include live music, with performances by the Berbique Folkloric Group and Banda 2, in collaboration with the San Pedro 2026 Festival Committee. This fair is part of the project EMPLOYMENT AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIONS AGAETE 2025, as Action 1.1. of Line 1, called TRADE FAIR AND PROMOTION OF LOCAL PRODUCTS AND RESOURCES, subsidised by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria under Resolution number CGC/2024/7881. The aim is to stimulate the municipality’s economic activity through trade fairs and promotional campaigns, in order to make our commercial sector better known and to highlight the value of local products and resources. The activity also responds to the request put forward by the municipality’s commercial sector and to the demands and needs identified through the Agaete 2030 Municipal Strategic Plan, in sectors such as the PRIMARY SECTOR, SERVICES, TOURISM, among others.
