Opening of 'La Silla Evocadora' Exhibition
Details
The Agáldar Museum of City History opens its doors to the pictorial exhibition “The Evocative Chair” by artist and philosopher Juan Luis Calero Santana, a show that brings together painting, poetry, and reflection as part of the programme of the Artebirgua Literary Festival, which this year celebrates its tenth edition. The exhibition will be open to visitors from 2 to 28 June and will be inaugurated on Tuesday, 2 June at 6:00 p.m. with a special event that will include the reading of poems from the collection “Sillas” by José María Millares Sall, performed by Manuel Díaz García, president of the Poesía Viva de la Atlántida Association. With a career linked to abstract expressionism, Juan Luis Calero presents an artistic proposal in which the chair becomes a symbol, an evocation, and a meeting point between pictorial creation and poetic language. An opportunity to discover an exhibition that invites you to pause, contemplate, and connect with art and literature in a space steeped in history. More information at galdar.es
