Anniversary Jazz Concert: Pino Quimont & Augusto Báez

The Agáldar Museum of City History is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a special programme for the whole family. From July 8 to 10, the emblematic Casa del Capitán Quesada will become a meeting space for culture, music and creativity through a series of activities organised by the Museums Department of Gáldar City Council, headed by Carlos Ruiz, with the aim of bringing the history of the city closer to the new generations. The programme will begin on Wednesday, July 8 with a concert by Pino Quimont & Augusto Báez, an elegant jazz proposal in a voice-and-piano format that will travel through great standards of the genre along with original compositions, offering an intimate experience of great artistic quality. On Friday, July 10, starting at 10:00 a.m., it will be time for family activities with the Sound Laboratory for babies from 0 to 3 years old, the Art Workshop for children from 4 to 9 years old, and the activity "Embroidering the Museum", aimed at those over 9 years old. The morning will end, at 12:00 p.m., with "El Show de Tadeo", a fun circus and magic show for all audiences.
