From the Seniors Department of the La Aldea de San Nicolás Town Council, headed by Jennifer Sosa, in coordination with Fundación Diagrama, we are launching the workshop “Actívate”, a space designed to learn, share and take care of our brain health. 📚 We will discover: ✅ How aging affects our brain. ✅ The importance of keeping it active and stimulated. ✅ Tips and tools for healthy aging. 📍 Where? 🔹 Mondays at the Meteimba Neighborhood Association. 🔹 Fridays at the Tasarte Multi‑Purpose Building. 🕙 Time: from 10:00 to 12:00. 📅 Start date: 29 June. 📝 Registration open Come to the Seniors Centre of La Aldea de San Nicolás from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00.
