🎬 Young talent once again lights up the big screen in La Aldea with the 6th edition of FestivAldea The students of IES La Aldea de San Nicolás will once again become the protagonists of audiovisual creation with the celebration of the 6th edition of FestivAldea, a showcase that has established itself as one of the most outstanding cultural and educational events in the municipality and that will allow the public to discover the work carried out during the current school year. The event will take place next Monday, June 29, at 8:00 p.m., at the Centro Cultural de La Aldea de San Nicolás, where students, teachers, families and the general public will be able to enjoy a selection of short films, documentaries, music videos, commercials and other audiovisual projects developed by the school’s students. FestivAldea continues to be a space that fosters creativity, teamwork and media literacy, while also offering a platform where young people can express their concerns, ideas and ways of understanding the world through the audiovisual language. The Councillor for Education, Miguel Ulises Afonso, stressed that “FestivAldea represents a wonderful opportunity for our students to develop creative, communication and technological skills, while gaining confidence to publicly present the results of their work and effort throughout the school year.” For his part, the Councillor for Culture, Víctor Juan Hernández, pointed out that “this audiovisual showcase has become a benchmark within the municipality’s cultural programme, bringing the talent of our young people closer to the public and demonstrating the important role that culture and artistic creation play in their personal and academic development.” From the Ayuntamiento de La Aldea and the educational community of IES La Aldea, we invite you to attend this new edition and to support the talent, effort and creative capacity of the new generations of our municipality.
