Aimed at people with and without disabilities, the workshop is open to everyone, regardless of their previous dance experience. Its goal is to introduce participants to the principles of inclusive dance, fostering body expression, creativity and group work in a respectful and collaborative environment. Throughout the session, activities will be proposed that combine technique, improvisation and composition, adapted to the abilities of each participant. Special emphasis will be placed on listening to one’s own body and on the relationship with others as the driving force behind movement.
