Come and discover the most silenced chapter in the history of the Canary Islands! On this tour through the historic neighborhood of San Juan in Telde, you will learn that there were enslaved people in the Canary Islands up until the 19th century, how the economy and the arts on the islands developed on the shoulders of these people, the vast majority from mainland Africa, and above all we will tell you how they lived, how they resisted, and how they sought freedom.
