Venezuelan Night: Wilfredo Angulo & Julio Pacheco in Concert
Details
For this Venezuelan night, Wilfredo Angulo and Julio Pacheco, both from the city of Caracas, Venezuela, have prepared a top-level concert for us. Wilfredo Angulo has conducted symphony and jazz orchestras in his home country, such as the Baquedano Jazz Big Band among others. He is a musician and arranger with a long career and exceptional charisma. For his part, Julio Pacheco was a founding member of two important bands from the Caracas punk-rock underground of the 80s, Toque de Queda and El Enano de la Catedral, and since the age of 16 he has been continuously on the stages of international rock and roll. Therefore, this curious professional combination comes together to offer us a varied repertoire of music made in Venezuela, with traditional folklore (joropos, suites…) and pop rock by Venezuelan artists (such as La Misma Gente, Alí Primera, La Seguridad Nacional, Yordano…); accompanied by saxophone/clarinet and guitar and vocals, respectively. A night that promises a flavor and taste comparable only to a “reina pepiada” arepa. The date is Friday, March 13 at 11:00 p.m. Tickets (Limited Capacity): Advance ticket: €10 Ticket office: €12 Get your tickets on our website www.buenosairesjazzcafe.com #conciertosenvivo #vivelamusica #vegueta #livemusic #viernesenvegueta
