The neighborhood of El Risco celebrates its patron saint festivities starting next Friday, October 2. The schedule begins on October 2 from 7:30 p.m., with the Street Parade accompanied by the Banda Aborigen. Then, from 8:30 p.m., the Raising of the Flag will take place, conducted by neighborhood resident Mr. Pedro Rosario Suárez. From 9:00 p.m., performance by Carmelo Torres and, afterwards, Reading of the Proclamation of the Festivities of Our Lady of La Milagrosa, by neighborhood resident Ms. Cristina López Locatelli, to end the night from 10:30 p.m. with the Dance hosted by Aithamy DJ. On Saturday, October 3, from 10:00 in the morning, the Bajada de La Rama accompanied by the bands Isleña and Archipiélago, and at 10:30 p.m., Dance with Hierba Mala and Grupo Arenas. On Sunday, October 4, from 11:30 a.m., Holy Mass and Procession of the venerated image of Our Lady of La Milagrosa, along the usual route, accompanied by the Banda Isleña. On Saturday, October 10, from 11:30 a.m., Children’s Games, Bouncy Castle and Face Painting. The Town Council of Agaete invites all the residents of the town and everyone who wishes to join the neighborhood to share, together, this festive program, which will conclude on October 10.
