Something is happening with Gran Canaria wine 🍷 And many of us who live here still haven’t noticed. It’s nobody’s fault. Little is produced and it’s much harder to find than wines from other regions. But something is happening. Of all the islands, Gran Canaria is the only one that is growing in production. After decades, it’s in one of its best moments. It’s a full-on revival. Even so, it’s still a small amount of wine. And that’s the beauty of it: a lot of quality in few bottles. There are local wines that are hard to get, and not because of marketing — because they sell out. Gran Canaria is stepping up strongly. On the 26th we’re dedicating an entire evening to it. Seven wines, the areas, the grapes and the wine culture of this island.
