📚 LIBRARIES DAY 2026┃From 19 to 30 October ➡ The Mogán Municipal Library Network is celebrating Libraries Day 2026 with a programme for all ages. The central focus will be the exhibition “The Generation of ’27 in the Canary Islands”, which will open on 19 October at the Arguineguín Municipal Library, accompanied by guided tours and cultural outreach activities. 🎭 Oral storytelling will also play a leading role with Fanny Fuguet, who will bring stories and reading animation sessions to schools, nursery schools and the Centre for Personal Autonomy (CAP). 📖 In addition, there will be meetings with authors, a Reading Party, the family session “Luna lunera” and book presentations such as "Fata Morgana. A Canarian novel about the legend of San Borondón", by Andrés Monroy Caballero, and "Poems from Mogán", by Juan Ramírez Hernández. 🏖️ And reading will also hit the sand with Biblioplaya-Bookcrossing. On 24 October, new free book-exchange shelves will be inaugurated in El Perchel, which will be added to others on the beaches of Puerto Rico and Mogán. ➡ No prior registration required!
